Shipping

●Usually, we will ship within 3 business days after the payment is completed.
However, if there is a Japanese holiday, we will ship sequentially after the next business day.
* Business days are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.
Reserved items will be shipped "as soon as they arrive".

●Shipping method is from the Japanese Post Office.
There are four shipping methods available. Depending on the destination country, you can choose the shipping method.
The estimated delivery date is an estimate.

●Shipping Method
1. International ePacket (Letter-post)
・Air (Delivery plan : about 3 to 4 weeks)

2. Surface (Parcels)
・Ship by sea (Delivery plan : about 2 to 3 months)

3. Air (Parcels)
・Ship by Air (Delivery plan : about 1 month)

4. EMS (Air)
・Ship by Air(Delivery plan : about 1 to 2 weeks)
・The price is a little higher, but we recommend that you deliver the product in about a week. 

 

●Please note
Surface takes the longest time for delivery.
Also, tracking information may stop for 1-3 months in Japan, but this is because the package has not arrived in your country.
The tracking information will be updated when it arrives in your country.

●Shipping Issues[Lost or Stolen Packages]
Once the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
