About return shipping
If the product is defective, differs from what was ordered, or has stains or damage due to our error, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can promptly address the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable:

Cancellations Before Shipping
If a customer requests cancellation before the item has been shipped,
we will refund the purchase amount after deducting a handling fee (approximately 6–7%).
If regular items and pre-order items were purchased together, and the customer cancels only the regular items,
we will refund the regular items after deducting a cancellation handling fee (approximately 6–7%).
Please note that pre-order items cannot be canceled separately once the order is placed.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for reasons such as size or color. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order — our sizing is based on Japanese standards, although some items are listed in US sizing. Be sure to confirm which size system applies to the item you are buying. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
However, if the item you received is defective or incorrect due to our error (for example, damaged, faulty, or the wrong item), we will arrange an exchange for the correct product at no extra charge.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If an item is returned to us without successful delivery to the customer (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery), we will refund the purchase amount after deducting shipping costs and a handling fee (approximately 6–7%).
High-Risk or Fraudulent Orders
If we detect that an order may be high-risk or potentially fraudulent (e.g., mismatched billing and shipping addresses, unusual payment behavior), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund after deducting processing and transaction fees (approximately 6–7%).
In such cases, we may contact the customer for verification before proceeding.
If we do not receive a satisfactory response or if the risk remains high after verification, we may proceed with cancellation at our sole discretion.
This policy is in place to protect both our customers and our store from fraudulent activity.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
