Japan Post has temporarily suspended acceptance of commercial shipments to the United States, including International ePacket, since August 27, 2025.

Due to this suspension, some U.S. orders placed before this date remain unshipped.

There is currently no confirmed timeline for when this service will resume.

Please note that the United States was removed from our available shipping destinations at the time of the suspension, and it is not possible to place new U.S. orders at this time.

For customers with existing U.S. orders

Customers with affected orders may choose either of the following options:

1.Request a full refund (including shipping fees)

2.Have the order held and shipped as soon as Japan Post services to the U.S. resume
