As a special project celebrating the 35th anniversary of Tokyo-based designers brand “beauty:beast,” which has remained at the forefront since the 1990s and continues to command a passionate following, messa has been selected as a partner to launch this capsule collection.

The first release in this commemorative collection features products showcasing the work of Yujin, an artist who established a landmark in 1990s manga culture. Designer Takao Yamashita has elevated Yujin's worldview, where delicate lines and eroticism coexist, into graphics inspired by 1970s Blue Note album covers. A quarter of a century later, the legendary "Killer Icon" series is being carried on by today's media tribe (artists).

The hem features a statement defining the ultimate in contemporary eroticism. The print utilizes messa's signature multi-color (8-plate) pigment printing method, developing a unique vintage feel with each wear.
