This is the second capsule collection from the special project "beauty:beast × messa," celebrating the 35th anniversary of Tokyo's pioneering designer brand "beauty:beast," which has remained at the forefront since the 1990s and still boasts a passionate following.

Released as this milestone second installment, the collection features products celebrating the work of Yujin, an artist who set a milestone in 90s manga culture. Designer Takao Yamashita has elevated Yujin's world—where delicate line work and eroticism coexist—into graphics inspired by 1970s Blue Note album covers. Across a quarter of a century, the legendary "Killer Icon" series is passed down to the modern media tribe (creators and expressionists).

A statement defining ultimate contemporary eroticism is placed along the hem. Featuring a traditional silkscreen print, the garment develops a unique, vintage-like texture the more you wear it.
